Default Something wrong here..

Hi guys I need your help since my affiliate manager aint answering my emails.

This concers my comission and here is so you will get a clearer pictuer of what Im trying to find out.

If the pic doesn't show for some reason here is a link to it:

http://img55.imageshack.us/my.php?image=c4a2yy6.jpg
(click the picture one time if its not clear enough)

Now lets get to the point. I recently started promoting this pokerroom on my site and since that I have gotten 10 players total and they have generated rake a total of 594.97€ and my cut is supposed to be 20% and it only shows my cut to be 51.08€ (which doesn't make sense coz the day before this I had 70€ in my comission and the total rake wasn't nearly that high as 594€)

Ok what about the costs? Shared costs include Tournament Sponsorship so that's 89.56€ for that one. I actually my comission went minus when I first gave this room 2 players...they made money and Tourmanent fees made my cut go -5 something like that. First off I have no idea what are these tournament sponsorships...where is the money going? since Im not hosting any private freerolls to my ppl on this room Im very confused where the money is going!

Next. Non-Shared costs inlcude Sign-Up bonus. 50€ bonus for one person (since they give their bonuses out after one month) Now Im wondering why on earth are these signup bonuses taking away from my end huh? In common sense thinking that if they give me 20% from the profit so I should only pay 20% of the costs. Its just that only ONE person has gotten his bonus...what about when all of these ppl get their bonuses...they take it out of me? So My palance goes to 0€...prolly -19999€
And Club4aces pokerroom gets rich.

So Please explain me this image and tell me if there is something wrong with it.

Wow, that's really complete bullshit that they take the full signup bonus from your 20%. I can't think of any other poker room or casino(that I promote anyway) that does that to an affiliate. It always comes off the players total revenue.

I'd assume tournament sponsorship = if they offer a €10,000 guaranteed tournament, and only receive €8,000 in entry, the other €2,000 is taken out of an affiliates cut. Without being part of the program, I don't know exactly how that would work, whether your players have to be part of the tournament or not.

I don't know much else about that poker room or it's T&C so can't really say too much, but based on that issue alone, I would bring it up with them and point out that it's industry standard that both of you share the signup bonus.....unless this is the standard deal for sites on the B2B network(which this poker room is on).

PM me an affiliate/sub-affiliate link, and I'll sign up and have a look and see what I can figure out.

I finally got I answer but still Im confused

Here is their answer

"
Regarding why affiliates have minus on their account is because their costs are higher than their revenues. For example sometimes they have a high cost on tournament sponsorship which is the cost that we have to fill up with in tournaments when there are not enough players. It can also be a non shared cost for a bonus, we do only have shared costs for bonuses type A. If your affiliates use a bonus type B, you have to stand for the costs by your self.
Tournament sponsorship means money that we have to add to the tournaments where the guarantee amount of money not has been reach when all players have been registrered. This is something that is shared between the players. In your case it means that the affiliates has been connected to players who have played tournaments where the pot has not been reached. Someone has to add that money so that the guaranteed pot can be reach, that someone is you and we (24hnetwork), we share this costs with you."

That's a complete scam!

Uhhh, don't offer a guaranteed tournament prize pool that you (the operator) can't cover.

Putting the cost of a guaranteed prize pool onto the affiliates is a complete sham.

Hope other affiliates see this and discontinue working with a scam place like that.

Please PAW members help me!

You see?

Here is their newest email they sent me when I asked some things about the email before that.

"

Hi Jouni,

You are the one that choose which bonuses you would like to offer your players. We have two different kinds of bonuses, one kind
that we share with our partners (club4aces) and one that is non shared costs. In this case you have used some bonuses that is under
non shared costs. If you do not want to pay 100% of this you can discuss your affiliate agreement with Club4aces. Together you can
set up an agreement that suits you both. But the standard contract (and the one that we at 24hpoker uses to affiliates) is that the
affiliates stands for the none shared costs if they have used a bonuses that goes under that. If you are uncertain of which bonuses
that is a type A or a type you can ask Club4aces.

We have reduced bonuses during this summer and removed many of those who go under the non shared costs.

Regarding your bonuses:
The bonus Fisu400 is no longer valid so you can not use that one any more. Fisu20 is a bonus that goes under shared costs.
Fisu500 is a non shared cost bonus.
z41ejiU6 is neither a sign up bonus nor a deposit bonus, this is just a code that tags players to you, they do not get any bonus
from this.

I suggest that you in the future go through with Club4aces which bonuses you should create before creating them.

Regarding Tournament Sponsorship; If a player that is connected to you enter a tournament where the pot is not filled someone have
to fill that pot and that money goes under tournament sponsorship.

Tournament sponsorship has nothing to do with if your player win or loose.
If we take your example with the freeroll that has €100 in prize pool. This prize pool is divided into how many players that enter
the tournament. So if it only would be 5 players in this tournament this would cost you €20. But then it is under shared costs so
it will cost you €10. This is something that club4aces split in half with you. (It is like a buyin but it is not taken from the
player, it is taken from you.)

I hope this have made things clearer for you regarding on how the system works.
"

In reality there are no mention which bonuses are under plan 'Non shared costs' and whicn under plan 'Shared costs'
Its funny how Fisu500 is under NON shared costs ...although that is a bonus where the player has to play twice as much
before he can get his bonus than in other bonuse(and this is actually the same bonus that they promote now on their website themself)
And then Fisu20 is a bonus which reguires less playing and that is under shared costs
And Finally code z41ejiU6 which apparently has no bonuses has made me 140€ non shared costs

What can I do? They are totally screwing me over as you can see. Should I sue them or what?
I will stop working with them ofcourse if they dont change things but I still want my money that I deserve since I have made money for them.

My advice is drop that program completely. They are screwing you out of money you have earned and your share isnt even good. Why not promote a different site like xxpoker.com where you get a higher share (they offer 40%) and do not have to deal with this crap. That's what I would reccomend for you.

A good portion of players never clear their bonus anyways, yet you are still being charged. My advice DON"T DO ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THESE FUCKERS. Enough said.
