I don't mind banning him if that's what the group wants. But I also think that isn't going to help people get their money back. If anything, like someone said above, it might just make it easier for him to walk away from his debt.

Personally I would never do business with Sizz, and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either. Clearly Sizz has some life issues going on right now, maybe a gambling problem. I just don't understand how you can owe so many people so much money in this industry.

Likewise there is no excuse for copied (stolen) content on your site. At the end of the day it's your site and your responsibility to make sure the content is legitimate.

Sizz, whether it's stolen content or owing everybody money, it's one story after another with you.

Did Haynessy decide not to buy Sizzz's site?

Simply "trying" is pretty rare. usually they just go poof!

I'd say the trying is worth a last chance at least.

George,

Its not about you can’t afford to pay people back. You are ripping them off.

You don't just owe me money you owe me work. Where are the German articles? I guess that you haven't found any suitable sites to rip the content off yet. You should be banned from PAW, CAP and DP Forums and where ever else you are a member.

First of all you sold me one site, all fine. That site came with another websites as part of the package. I have not got that one yet and I have paid you. That was 3 months ago and in that time you had tried to resell the site to someone else. !!!!!

Second one. As part of the package you gave me 20 poker articles which rightly I check on copy cape and they were fine. Hey Great result... NO I then saw the same articles for sale on PAW so you were selling them twice or probably more then that!!

Got the sorry, sorry from you, house burnt down, hurricane, abducted by aliens or world ended etc whatever!!! and will sort everything out.

You then offered me some translation work which I have been waiting 2 months for. For some stupid reason I paid you up front, guess what NO Articles. I guess I did this so that you could earn some money to pay your hosting bill so that the register would release the domain to me.

I trust people George and try to help people who need work. I have several people working for me. People like you give the internet a bad name.

Ban this idiot Jeremy. He is not going to pay anyone anyway so there is no problem in getting rid of him. And his excuses are so sick - he is not having problems, he simply makes a living by ripping people - why would he sell his services to so many forum members and never deliver anything ?

Not giving you trouble or anything Nicole and I dont know how many people he has paid and who he hasnt but as far as myself the only reason he did it was because I placed a chargeback on Paypal for non receipt.

In turn Paypal froze his account, he questioned me on why I would do that and was upset that his account was frozen. Other than that i honestly dont think he would have. There was never an effort in with me what so ever...not till Paypal was involved.

I thought he was doing off his own back - this is different. Time for a poll? Or is it obvious what the result would be anyway?

I've heard nothing from him for many months. I've sent him numerous PMs. Totally unacceptable.

P.S. It's not even the money anymore. There are a few others on PAW who I've sent money upfront and received nothing from. Silly me for being so trusting.
