Sizz.... I was under the impression that you were selling advertising to poker rooms which is why the sale of your site did not go through because you were able to make a quick buck. I am sorry but everytime something comes up with you, your always running with your damn foot in your mouth making one lame excuse after another.

There was more than one copied article so how you could run it through copyscape and miss it bewilders me. I ran them through and using a free copyscape I have 10 attempts. I found 5 duplicates mostly from teh planet poker one. Poker banks work was nicely rewritten to avoid the copyscape but when the articles start using teh same grammer that he always uses in the exact word count well.....

Tell me again you wont do business with me cause I am a bad person....you sir are a cheat nothing more nothing less.

i swear i repeat i checked copyscape (limited times) only free version there and i didnt find a copy... yes, i wanted to cooperate with a room in order to not need to sell it but i cant run a site anymore, i am ruined in this business and i just dont have the power anymore.

and its true, i dont know for some reason even when not having ANYTHING bad in mind shit happens... really you know how my english is, i cant write english like in these articles and i didnt say to any1 please copy from this and that site...

Sizzz, we've tried really hard with you. All the people on this forum would love to see any newcomer become a good affiliate. But at the same time we demand respect. I am nowhere near a high ranking affiliate, and so I respect what others have to say to me. If you tried your best and did what you thought would benefit the industry, you would do well. I did not make this to shame you, I made this post to make other affiliates aware that their content may be stolen. Don't steal content, its not right on others who try hard.

I have to say, I got ripped off from a DP writer as well, so that is a possible senerio. I hired a girl, I copy scaped her first few articles, spot checked her after that, she worked with me about a week, maybe two..

Luckily, I start all the writers on my own news blog, instead of client sites while they learn, so it wasn't HUGE, but.. she was basically copying exact articles, and then selling them to me.

It's news, so it's 'new' it's not indexed, so copyscape doesn't catch it... My partner and I were deleting, rewriting, and cleaning up for about 16 hours straight.

Lets keep in mind that a total scumbag/scammer wouldn't be paying anyone back....he would have just disappeared. Sizzz has paid some people back. I'm not talking about the stolen content, but the fact that he is paying people back says something about him atleast....I'm sure I'l catch shit for this post but oh well...he has paid some people back when he could have just went away and kept that money to himself.

I was thinking the same thing. Granted, he hasn't ripped me off so maybe I'm not in a position to comment, but we have seen that he is trying and has paid some people back. Seems to me he's hit some hard times and made some really bad decisions, but he is trying. Banning him won't achieve anything, except give him the excuse to walk away from the debts he has now.

We all know not to go into any new deals with him - why not give him a chance to sort himself out? (let the flaming begin)
