We all run our businesses in different ways and as I have said I understand those that are still promoting absolute.
Each to their own. Can we agree to disagree?

Nobody is talking about honesty or dishonesty. I think it goes without saying that being honest with people is the right thing to do. All I've been trying to say is that as of today, there's already a ton of information out there for people. To be done talking about it isn't being dishonest. Once a topic has been run through the ringer a thousand times, you have to let it go. For the sake of our business, I think we need to recognize that that time has come and we should start focusing our attention on more positive topics. If there is some sort of new and truly 'newsworthy' revelation that comes out, report it. But to continue to rehash the same dead horse just to get it on the top of your homepage and to try to convince people that you are there to 'protect' them is the wrong reason for an article IMO. You may find that you Ram, benefit from rehashing this since you own a 'potripper' based website, but for the sake of the rest of industry, it's time to put this to rest. Report facts that come out, but rumors and spin articles are doing a disservice to the industry as a whole.
Honestly, I didn't realize that you owned potripper.co.uk. until you mentioned it a few posts ago. Now I understand why you want to keep this on the forefront. You benefit from this making the headlines every day, which IMO is a bottom feeder way of doing things, and very short sighted. You aren't trying to be noble and honest, you're just worried that in another week or so, your hits will plummet. Isn't that what's 'honest' here?

This incident happened. It was important. Discussing important things in a sensible way is good business.
"See no evil" is no business plan.
I'm afraid some people think the only choices are cover up the whole thing, or take everybody from AP out behind the dugout and shoot them. Both those would be bad business, but they aren't the only choices.

I'm still promoting them for the time being. I have no problem with it, although it was very unfortunate as to what took place. The poker room itself had no intention of screwing over the players, it was just that someone went out of their way and abused their trust with the room to gain an advantage. It was just incredibly unfortunate that it happened to happen at a popular poker room that I promote.
Now if anything, Absolute will be the safest room to play at from now on in light of what has happened. They are going to go out of their way that nothing of this nature or any security measures are lacking just to prove that their room is just as reliable (if not more) than any other.

Most poker players don't even know what is happening at Absolute as very few read forums. To be honest I think everybody should know about it hence the reason why I purchased potripper. I already have one of the biggest poker sites in the UK so I don't really care if potripper dies in a few weeks.
I don't think you understand what is going on at Absolute and I'm not rehashing the story, the story is growing everyday and is not being reported by the major poker news sites.
Also Potripper.co.uk is getting crazy traffic so surely this proves that people want to know what's going on.
There will always be those who stick there head in the sand and wish it will all blow over as soon as possible but I'm sorry to say this story is much bigger than that!

Also I find your comments in the thread below amusing but perhaps you were not promoting that site.

Now you're just being silly. That has absolutely nothing to do with this. It's completely a different topic and I'm sure you know that.
The guy hadn't been paid in 3 months, yet he was still promoting the room. That hasn't got a damn thing to do with this topic. But that's what you do, spin things, isn't that right ram?

You want to make this bigger than what it is and drag it out as long as you can don't you ram? That's your priority here, make it last as long as possible and bottom feed off of it.
Just be 'honest' bro.
I see right through you.

I get the feeling that if Absolute had not paid you for a month then you would respond differently. Like I said you don't seem to understand that this is just the beginning of the story and there is much more to come.
You seem to not understand that I'm not creating the story and you undermine the great work the guys on 2+2 are doing. Good luck with your sites because I think you will need it.
To be honest I'm bored or your childish insults so I will not bother responding in this thread anymore.
