Amsterdam CAC Roll-Call

[Nick0r]

That totally depends on who they are/what business you do with/whether you have much to discuss with them. Something like 30minutes to an hour is probably best, especially if you've never met them before.

Usually 30 miuthes is plenty unless you are planning a large promo or something with the individual room. Also it's always a bonus to show up with set questions or requests in your meetings.

On the same topic of CAC, I spoke with them today and they are expecting between 600-900 attendees. It should be their largest CAC to date.

I am really looking forward to this event.

I will be attending... =D

looks like I will be there

again.....

[Justin]

Wow I forgot all about this...

The new job I was supposed to be taking fell through, so I'll have time to go. The only question now is money for the flight. Im guessin that might be expensive seeing as its coming up pretty soon.

I'd definitely like to catch up with everyone that I met out in Vegas. Im thinkin of gettin back into the poker affiliate game, so this would be a nice catalyst for that. Hmmmmmm....... decisions decisions

One question:

Do we get any magazines/brochures/files/reports or cds from some conferences?

Or I need to 100% pay attention and write some notes?

They usually give you a big notebook with all the events listed and a place for notes within that notebook. On top of that, you're going to get a ton of stuff from all the different poker room booths and everything else. You'll probably need another suitcase to bring it all home.

Bottom line, you'll get plenty of magazines/brochures/files etc from this place. Make sure to bring business cards.

Anyone looking for a nice place to stay that STILL has rooms I would advise the Renaissance Hotel closy by. I had a friend book last minute and got a good rate there - close to the conference.
