Issues with TonyG Poker - losing players

I have a feeling they won't be able to do anything.

Knowing Euro partners and some of the incompetence that can occur from time to time there, I doubt this will happen. Be nice if it did, but it is out of our hands and don't see the players being attached to our accounts regardless.

Also, I know myself - I am on a CPA account with Euro and don't see how these players can be credited. Furthermore, we were on such a sweet deal (60%) with TonyG...that won't be happening at Euro.

BUT I WILL SAY - JEREMY YOU ARE THE MAN - THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP YOU GIVE ALL OF US AFFILIATES!!!

I had a bunch of players there and was continuing to make money with them until the day they shut down. I was really annoyed when they just cut-off the affiliates like that and plan on never promoting their site again.

It is even more annoying now to learn now that this is actually owned by PokerNews (even though I had suspected some connection). I would have expected a little more from them considering they now own the largest portal for poker affiliates.

I trust Jeremy will try to do everything he can, but the reality is that I highly doubt anything will come out of this. Thanks anyway for trying Jeremy!

After putting there banners up for the first month i noticed i ha about 50 players , on 2 accounts , after that i never was able to log in to check stats or to even see if i made anything . I took all there advertisements down and said screw it . Would have been nice thou to have the players been transferred to the new system or room , but seeing that europartners is now involved , they can keep the players and anthing they produce as i will NEVER work with europartners even if they wind up being the last affiliate program in the world , ill go find a new job

I hope you don't mind me asking but why don't you like europartners? I have never even heard of them.

When Casinopartners launched a new room ocean poker a while ago i sent them a bunch of traffic from my sites , newsletters , and a few thousand $$ of ppc , not 1 hit tracked as there trackers were screwed up .

On top of that i had a few titan links around also and tracking was fucked on them as well .

And on top of all this they owe me $500 from some old traffic for like 2 years and they never sent the checks for it .

Now they contact me once a week , keep asking for me to promote them and every week i give them the same response NEVER and to not contact me again , but like clock work ill get an email a week from a different am there asking to please promote them .

Look around on the net 75% of the posts you see about casinopartners / europartners its from someone they screwed over , or spam constantly .

I'm sorry if I connected you or PAW unfairly with this. I realise that despite whatever connection you have with PokerNews you certainly have no control or influence over the TonyGPoker side of the business.

I sometimes talk to one of the aussie based PokerNews guys and he also had no input on this outcome but it doesn't make it any easier to take.

I agree with the other guys though - unless the trasnfer of existing aff. accts were part of the contract with europartners we're not gunna see a happy ending here.

For the record, Tony G confirmed his affiliation with PokerNews Ltd. in his blog today:
