Default Deleted post about pretend checks - pokeraffiliate payments

Sorry guys, I had to delete the post, which was a very good one actually about the payment method of pokeraffiliate.com.

I received an email from the German outfit that runs the organization and they sounded pretty serious, if not threatening. Feel free to discuss here, just don't mention their name, apparently it is trademarked and can't be typed anywhere on the internet.

Oh also you guys wanted a written response from me within 1 day. Here it is:

If the way in which you conduct your business is that fucking crooked or needs to be so much of a secret that it cannot be discussed on the internet's largest forum for the industry in which you guys probably make the majority of your money.............then maybe you should re-think your business plan.

Last time I checked, if you are going to be involved in the internet gaming industry in any form, you should expect to be spoken about in the various forums. Apparently the fact that this company processes payments for online gambling is supposed to be kept a secret from the public domain.

And as far as pokeraffiliate.com goes, this whole thing is an embarrassment and is actually hurting U.S. affiliates more than it is helping. I would rather NOT be paid than have to go to a bank with some fucking collection slip from a company who is obviously trying to stay as far below the radar as possible. Every other room has found more primitive ways to pay us......

They are absolutley the worse outfit in the industry. That whole debacle about six months ago where they did not pay the winners of the tournament. I have no respect for them at all. They always try to remove and delete posts. i was contacted by some A-hole that told me to remove the posts in my forum about how they handled the issue regarding the tournament players not getting paid.

I ignored them. They suck. have not sent a single player to any of their rooms since last August and plan to never promote them.

They are the scum of the industry since they wer sold/bought out what have you.

Oh well I can still complain about pokeraffilite as well...

i also hate the other so called payment center. they are lame. Get out of the industry if you are going to act like this.

Are they not asking affilites to take their names off their sites too? What a joke.

On a public forum i really dont think they can do much as its freedom of speach . Only thing they can probably do is not send you your payments anymore

Yeah I too think its funny when companies like this pretend and threaten webmasters to take their names off sites. Click2pay sent me one awhile back saying they are in no way associated with online gambling and I had to remove their name from my site. I guess the millions of people that use and see their logo on every major poker room doesn't count?

Honestly though, what could they do, take you to court. That would go over real well!

Legally I don't care, nor could they do anything anyways or would they even want to pursue it and give themselves more exposure. And if they really wanted to press the issue, I think I would reply with

Haha, I raise bitches, Let me formally introduce you to someone............ DOJ.gov

Anyhow, I would be more concerned about some mad German guy beating me senseless like Tony Soprano did to that guy in last weeks episode.

More importantly though, I think PokerAffiliate.com need to make some changes. If PAW ever starts sending out paper collection slips or whatever the hell these guys below do, please shoot me.
