if im not mistaken what you are doing is rakeback wich party will ban you for and keep your earnings! also how will you keep track of who rakes what seeings how party doesnt provide the names of players and what they rake?

well we dont provide any sort of money back to players, just rewards and thank-yous for their continued play.

and we dont use individual trackres--the calculation is based off what we observe at the tables combined with total stats for the day, to determine how many "points" to give each player.

so in reality you have no way of giving a player the exact points they earned, you will be giving the points out evenly which if a big player sign ups and rakes a ton of money he'll get the same amount of points as someone who deposits and looses his money in one hand! am i wrong?

*thanks--yeah bad wording there we dont pay anyone anything, just give gifts

we get our members screen names and monitor their play through the party poker client, so it's not nearly an even chop--the more YOU play, the more YOU get
