Poker.com: Large negative earnings

Anyone have this from yesterday's earnings:

My net gaming is positive and then my income on the NGR is 3 times the value with a negative value.

Anyone?

I asked taht question over a month ago and never got a real answer for it. Ellen kind of ran in circles with it.

I know attrition takes place with sites and players but we were doing high five figures each month with Poker.com 6 months ago and now our numbers have gone in the toilet. Well since they switched over to Carbon.....

Coincidence?

Went into the negative for the day here as well. Must be a glitch.

They sometimes offer bonuses to your players, if the players dont use the cash it goes back into your acct. You share a % of those bonuses.

I could be wrong though, wouldnt be the 1st time

There's major issues with signups, depositors and revenues as well. Anyone hear anything from Dean? I emailed at the beginning of the week but nothing.

Just checked my email. Here is the problem coming from Dean.

Our technical team have notified me that stats for October are out of sync due to a database error. They are in the process of correcting this error now and we expect the stats to re-sync within the next 12 hours.

Same email I received. My October numbers were out of whack, but they cleared em up.

I will never understand CP/PDC. They are open to Americans, world class software, great promotions, a great community-like atmosphere and basically the perfect site for a small-mid stakes Holdem player but the conversions are terrible despite easy deposit options. The mgr is high (40%)...but earnings are so low ever since CP launched. I was consistently making 3-4k/month from PDC...within 60 days of CP launching it was around 1k..... It just doesn't make any sense.

edit: forgot to mention a great 1st deposit bonus and super support....and the new depositor freerolls!
