I'm just the messenger. Feel free to go to p5's or 2+2 and ask for your own raw excel copy. View the hold cards and see why he folded.

Virtually every hand is its own evidence. If his ops don't have a hand he bullies them off every time, if his ops get dealt a big pair he limps/folds or open folds. Every other time he raises preflop and comes in with any hand.

The chart shows his VPIP is 92%, his win rate is around 480 ptbb/100. In other words he flops almost every hand and manages a win rate that cannot be explained by even the biggest heater.
The tourney hh's show the cheating blatantly. I hope all will spend the time to read the hh's and see for themselves. I also appreciate PAW allowing this discussion to continue.

First off AP sent out an Excel file containing everyone’s hole cards for that tournament.....some how I think that’s wrong?
'POTRIPPER' used extreme aggression on almost every hand where no one had anything worth calling and then would fold premium hands preflop without any action if someone had a big PP, etc. Its clear to anyone that has the slightest poker knowledge the guy could see hole cards.

AP are members of the PAW network.
Do PAW want to be tied to sites that dont even track their affiliates?
If so, it tarnishes the rep of PAW / Pokernews & may reflect on the Tony -G- piss take

Yes, this should make for an interesting week. EDMC, in regards to removing AP from the PAW Network, that is not out of the question depending on what progresses, but problematic.
There are many affiliates here on MGR with AP, and I am not going to play God and mess with their money. I understand your point though. What do you reckon the bigger affiliates like PSO an P5's are going to do.

So, what is everyone's plan for AP now? Should we not promote them? I'm really torn here because I've always had decent players there.. At the same time, knowing about all the issues coming up, do we have a responsibility to not promote them to our players?

Jeremy, why could you not just drop them and any MGR that past players continue to generate you will continue to make money off of? Obviously I'm not familiar with your setup but it would seem you would continue to make money off existing players unless AP goes completely bust which obviously isn't impossible.
It just depends on whether you want to be associated with these guys or not.

Yes, it could be easily done but the problem lies whether AP honor their deal, after the ties are cut. Many affiliates have big numbers, its really up to them whether they want to take it on the chin or not. Pokerlistings did.
Affiliates want :
1) semi honest tracking
2) the occasional response
3) a reputable site
