UB Stats not making sense again - just at Chipleader

Hey UB promoters, just a heads up that the stats at Chipleader are NOT MAKING ANY SENSE again!

Basically, to explain...

July 1-30th cumulative + July 31st commissions should equal TOTAL COMISSIONS...well of course they don't!

I started to go back and examine certain days with a calculator, and of course the MATH doesn't add up.

I think that Chipleader really needs to go back and review their programming/calculations and figure things out so that it actually adds properly and figures out the proper commissions...because it is getting very frustrating to explain the each situation to the AMs who are confused by these calculations and just react with "blank faces".

Things just aren't working properly and it needs to be fixed. We shouldn't have to be explaining this to the people there over and over. The programmers need to figure it out. We shouldn't have to get out a calculator several times a month to verify and report errors.

The debacle from the Income Access merge still hasn't been explained satisfactorily or logically to us...and we haven't received ANY correspondance about it at all via email or PMs.

And furthermore, any questions about stat issues AREN'T BEING RESPONDED TO VIA EMAIL...it seems like they are just being ignored.

I hate to say it...but this is not great customer service and although the program is young - it is essential to communicate with affiliates directly to explain what is going on.

I checked my July stats again and found that almost all of my revenue has now gone. I don't suppose there is any point in emailing about this.

They were already 75% down for the month but at least they added up at the end of the month. Now they are being adjusted again to take another 85% off the commissions.

Also Danielle, I sent an email detailing certain players who registered, deposted and played which didnt show as registered on my stats. I forwarded a coppy of the user names, registration numbers and depostit amounts including dates. I also have a rough idea of the player points accumulated. I e-mailed you directly, I emailed chipleader internally on their site, I sent the same to the affiliate team email. After 6 weeks, not even an auto response.

For a site that records every penny of player rake instantly it seems odd that manual intervention, if at all required shows up so many discrepancies

65% of mine is gone too between yesterday and today , really need to have the stats program fixed .

take their banners down ... remove all links... if every single affiliate does this they will notice a dramatic drop in traffic and new signups ... send your customers to other sites.... if the companies cant respond and deal in a professional manner with affiliates do you think they will treat the players?

thats almost what i have done, i reduced their exposure and now only send them 20% of what i used to And over time i will reduce it even more.

They are useless, no reply after no reply !

I'm thinking of dropping both of them as well. My player signups stats have been wrong on UB for at least 1 1/2 months, and overall $ stats at both sites have been wrong for so long that I'm ready to give up on Chipleader entirely. I can't email those useless AM's anymore, I can't waste any more time on marketing sites that don't track properly/don't care about their affiliates. The email responses from them clearly indicate that they don't read the emails, and when they do they vaguely answer a question from 3 emails ago. The last response I got from one of them that we all know basically made it sound as if they were doing me a favor by letting me send them players. I hate losing 2 US sites in one shot, but what else can we do at this point?
