You are kidding me ! Did you get the domain? He said that he had transfered into my name as it was with some German registar. I think it's time to get legal on this. This was part of a sale in the 7k mark.

No if you read above posts he had said he would have it done however he owed a bill to his hosting company.

I have been talking back and forth with his hosting company over this domain but they said that yes I can pay for the bill but without him actually closing the account and sending in the proper request to have it transferred over to me that there is nothing that can be done.

around 60 backlinks, used to be alot more short time ago, bad i took the site off from there but okay.

Its 8 months and 23 days old. I dont know, how much is such domain worth? Just be honest and tell me what u think, then deduct a bit as i said i am willing to sell it for cheap.

Regarding your translation. Sounds good and the price depends on how many words a page consists of. I normally offer paw members my translation services for $0.03 a word. In your case i would be willing to deliver for $0.025 a word if the order exceeds or is around 50 pages.

its me again and i wanted to keep you up to date... i got no update from the buyer and the possible transfer is all arranged...

i dont want to repeat, i can only say and please believe me, i will proove this... i will pay you all immediately after recieving payment for the site... and i will transfer the site first of course...

i really hope for myself that the buyer hasnt changed his mind... otherwise i ve got a big problem... and i would need someone else to be interested in purchasing the site... again i will transfer it upfront and i could do that immediately... everybody will get his money then and i will leave and never come back...

excuse me guys really... i know how lame all this is for you... and for me... although its all my own fault of course... i can only tell you i feel like big shit... i have no words... just desperate...

whatever you hate me and i understand that... really hoping to get this transfer done tomorrow and pay what i owe...

I had the same trouble with sizzz, I filed and won a paypal dispute, if you paid by paypal, you have a possible out there.
