I have a few questions concerning the affilate system of Partypoker.com:

1. I plan to give a free "poker set" (chips, cards, etc.) to anyone signing up as a customer of yours via my site. Is this unallowed incentive marketing?

2. What if someone joins, pays the $25 in and does not play? I heard that players need to get 5 party points until I get paid - is that right?
