New Site Review

Hey guys finally got my site finished. Looks a bit unprofessional but with no experience building sites I think it came out ok.

Any comments are welcome.

I think you should list your top books down the left side with a short description, that will fill up that blank area of the page, then you could use the open room for content, maybe explaining what your site is offering.

The red font on the header is difficult to read. I agree with freydaddy, that you have some room on the left hand side for some more information or ads.

Also, the Sunpoker bonus is $100. You have the wrong information.

I dont think it looks unprofessional

If you are going to be advertising or branding, I would recommend getting a unique logo.

Also, changing the red text, like said, would really improve it and make it look more professional

I think the site has a nice start to it. Even though you have it written that you get free books for signing up at poker rooms, I was still confused what your site was about for the first couple minutes. You should really grab the users attention with either words or a nice graphic. I.e. "Play a little poker, get FREE books!" or somethign like that in the main body of the site. That image under your main header with the cards should be replaced with something that really grabs your attention. Your site acually kind of reminds me of the first copy I ever made for my site.

Cheers there are a few changes i have to make like a links page, I should get on it after the weekend.
