well Wynn might not think he needs us. The old guard knows very little about affiliates and may just pass us over. I don't think this bill has a snowballs chance in hell as long as Bush is President.

Looks like a great bill. It won't pass this session, but as a focal point and general principal (tax them, let the states decide) it frames the discussion right and could lead to what most of us have wished for since the start of gambling online.

Antigua should be able to get some support should this bill pass and licenses were issued.

Thats the whole deal with "Free Trade".

Can't say: You can purchase here because they pay us tax, but you can't purchase here.

This is never going to fly and if it does it won't for long.

I doubt FT would be too happy if they re-marketed to the same players.

As for other sites, were US accounts closed or just moved to play money? If the later the trackers should still be in place.

I dont see why the US govt just set up their own regulated Neteller style company and ensure all US residents go though that to comply with their new gambling tax laws or whatever new laws they dream up. Then they can tax the shit out of their own country under their own rules instead of trying to extort money from sites that have sweet FA to do with them
Full Tilt got ripped off. I got offered the same list for like 15K.

Brandon, where did you get that quoted passage? It has text the original article does not
http://www.igamingnews.com/index.cfm...sting&tid=7511
including that 1% stuff.

This addresses the Antigua situation. Everybody would have to qualify to offer the product under equal footing.

That's the point. What you posted is not the text of the article at that link.

Hmm, I copy pasted it when it was first uploaded this morning, they must have edited it afterwards. I will update to current.

The new bill is a disappointment. Party Gaming shares fall 15%.
