I have to agree with PPP on this one - how is this not great news? I can't help but laugh at some of the responses here. A month ago we were nowhere. Now we have a real live congressional proponent of REGULATION and TAXATION and a bill on the table. Has this not been the mantra of the PPA and online poker operators worldwide? Besides that, we have a study being pushed that will delay enforcement of the UIGEA and another Florida congressman pushing for a poker carve-out. To top it off, Neteller reached an agreement to return US funds and the Sportingbet case got thrown out. A disappointment? What else do you guys want?

I have to say that until there is a plain black and white law that allows us to do business, everyone is s downer.

This is great news. This is better than it was 5 years ago when no one was looking at us. At least there is something going in the right direction. It's that simple. Once the ball keeps going it will just get better and better.

As for Wynn not needing us you may be right. But, Wynn already has an affiliate program for their hotels, so they do understand the value of Internet markerting and affiliates. You never know whay will happen if US based casinos could go online. it could go either way.

I agree 100% in what you are saying. Everyone wants to go back a year ago when everyone was doing great. There really is no way to go back and the steps that have been happening lately are in the right direction.

Party stock went down because the bill doesn't favor existing operators, which means it will open up the business the MGM etc if passed.

At the same time though, Party would be glad to have 2% of the US market because that is more than 0%.

Heh, I invested $10k in CRYP last night and I'm already up 3.5% in a single day

Who else is going to develop the major casino's software?

Could you explain how what you mean by saying they would have 2% of the US market? The only thing I remember reading about 2% was something about paying 2% in licensing fees. How would they have 2% of the market? That doesn't make sense to me.

Party has 0% of the market now. They'd be glad to have any percent.

So, the 2% was just an arbitrary choice?
