looks like that is correct. I just logged into doyles room to play and a pop up notice said: important info for U.S. players, go to www.nouspokerroom.com
here is the message on the site:
You are receiving this message because, based on your IP address, it appears highly probable that you are located in the United States.
On October 13, 2006, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Act of 2006 was signed into law. Under the Act, much Internet gambling in the United States is now potentially illegal, depending on the laws of the state where the player is located. However, as a poker room serving various operators, we do not know the players, where they are located, or even if they are playing for money or just for fun. So, we have required poker sites using our room to reject money players from states where it is illegal.
Unfortunately, some sites have not been successful in their implementation of this requirement, and given the fact that we cannot differentiate legal from illegal play, we are left with no alternative but to block all players who appear to be located in the United States. We are putting all players on notice that access to real money tables and tournaments in the poker room from the United States will be blocked as soon as the blocking technology is tested and implemented; this is currently scheduled for February 28th at 23:59 GMT.
After February 28th, although you will not be permitted to play poker, you will still be able to access the cashier function of your poker operator through the cashier tab for a limited time. We suggest that you contact your poker site’s customer service with any questions you may have.
We apologize to players who are just playing for fun, to players located in states where Internet poker may be legal, and finally to players outside the United States whose Internet traffic is being routed so as to appear to be originating in the United States.

Yep I just got the email from Doyles room myself saying that the poker room would be closing to USA players as of March 1. At that time you will only be able to access the cashier portion of your account and nothing else.
They also have information about transferring all balances over to full tilt poker in the email as well (interesting).
I have no idea what this means as far affiliating though as all affiliate payments go into your player accounts. Anyone have any ideas here?

If they are in fact going to transfer all USA accounts to Full Tilt, I would like to know if they are going to attempt to track them to our full tilt affiliate account. I am sure Doyles Room is not just handing them over to Full Tilt, there will be some cash involved, and I had better not get screwed since I feel I am a 25% share holder of those accounts. I just want them to be fair with me, and if someone is going to benefit from the merger of USA accounts, I hope we are all included.

It could get VERY confusing.
What if I have a player that is affiliated with Full Tilt and he transfers his Doyle's Room account to Full Tilt and it is under AFFILIATE B?
Do I keep that player? Does AFFILIATE B get that player?
I am assuming the Full Tilt affiliate dominates, but ya never know?!!
