hey all-

been a lurker for a week or so, just started up my affiliate business and dropped a few party cards off at the local coffee shop. anywho, great site and i am glad to be a part of the community.

question #1-

i have seen some of you mention giving away accounts with money in them. how do i set this up? do i track it to myself and deposit money and collect the free $25 from party? seems pretty simple, but i am new at this and dont want to do the wrong thing.

question #2-

does anybody do ebay auctions? follow same protocal as above?

i am sure to have plenty more to rattle off, but this should suffice for now.

thanks in advance

I was wondering this same thing? I've heard about preloaded accounts too.

how do u know u wont be cheated giving away funded accounts? secondly even if u pay them back after they deposit u only get money if they play 125 hands to collect the bonus right? so doesnt it look like a lose lose situation?

I wrote up a sheet about how to do this the other day. You can get it at http://www.pokerbankrolls.com/affiliate.pdf. If you get a few good players this can be a very easy and profitable way to make money. If you get all bad your money will be put on hold and you will not get paid.

My March earnings are still on hold because the players havn't generated enough rake. I hae one player who plays at least 1 sng a day, and usually more, but Party doesn't count the money earned off tournaments.

Thats not quite what I was looking for. I heard that people were given $25 accounts that are "cashout restricted" and they don't need to deposit at all to do it. I saw it on a guy's website i found from an eBay auction.

Were they given the account with $25 already in it, or did they create an account and have the 25 put in there later? Party will periodically put money in dead accounts hoping to lure people back. Its possible that someone was selling their account. I'd be interested in seeing the website if you could find it.

Party's minimum transfer is $50. Plus even if it was lowe you'd want to put in 50 so the players coudl generate some rake. If its a month with a big bonanza you might even want to give your players more so they generate mroe rake (although you risk more money)
