They convert very poor for me. I am thinking that this has something to do with them dominating the SERPs and getting dibbs on the converting players somehow.

I tossed them into the mix a few months and I have to admit, this is the second worst converting room I've ever promoted (behind UB).
Bingo!

I also agree with Acapulco regarding the possible SERP domination having an effect. It also seems that every poker room that has some sort of playing requirement before releasing payment attracts players with an extremely low attention span. h34r:

By the way.* I do think it is bogus how they extended the competition date.* Just because the casino converts crappy doesnt mean the people towards the top should get punished.* How can you just extend a competition.* Lol
I think they did that because they realized majority of the people in the competition were simply signing up friends who were depositing a small amount in order to help their affiliate friend win the competition.

If you look at the competition stats this is clearly the case... if you put a CasinoRoom banner on a website busy enough to gain you a few RMPs in only a couple days the leaders of the competition would be above 20 RMPs right now, instead there numbers are still way down there. Why does it seem 90% of the affiliates in the competition are still at the same number of players they had two weeks ago - clearly because most affiliates just had got their friends to sign up and didn't do any real casino promotion.

Obvious abuse of a competition is going to force PokerAffiliate.com to change things in order to try not to get ripped... they run these competitions to encourage affiliates to promote their new brand on their websites, not to have convince (or pay) a bunch of their friends deposit $20 so they can get a free trip to Sweden

Yea, because he is so far up there in the CasinoRoom competition

Did you follow this thread at all? I in no way was refering to the HoldemPoker competition and have really had to refrain myself from calling you a bloody idiot.
