Just sent you an email Dean. Looking forward to promoting Carbon a lot in the near future.

I have to admit I love playing at Carbon Poker. The software is great and the promotions are even better. The problem is that many people lost 50-75% of their rev share within several months (from CP's launch). There was never any explanation for this and conversions continue to be pretty sad. While everyone may like Dean (or in th past Ellen)...that doesn't change the fact that something is wrong here.

It is because there is no epassporte option for their US players. Without epass they might as well not take US players.

I don't think this is entirely correct. They have many easy to use deposit methods and methods that come with ATM card for withdrawal.

Also my primary market is non US and i sign up a lot of players here. I would be surprised if even 30% of them were from the US. Most of my players would not care about Epassporte at all and the conversions still are extremely poor.

90% of the players I refer are from the US and Im converting about 50-55% of my players to real money players.
