Ok update , we got an email that we had been paid for UB , but when I went to check out our player account ( where it usually gets transfered to) no no affiliate earnings. So I have been emailing chipleader I keep getting no answers. This is getting so confusing. So long story short . We did not get paid yet. Sorry for the earlier post.

Most likely they opened you up a new player account , try logging in to ub with you affiliate username and password

LOL, I guess I'm not the only one with this issue. I managed to get a response from UB a couple of days ago saying that they opened up 2 new random player accounts to deposit two affiliate earning statements for some reason.

Of course, neither new player account has an active cashier and they did this despite my repeated requests to have the earnings placed into my existing active player account.

On another note, neither deposits added up to the total earnings shown on their reports. I've yet to receive a response about this or transferring the money to my existing account.

UB opened 2 new different accounts for me too, so now I have 3 UB players accounts. Very frustrating. Of course it only lets me withdrawl to my epassporte from my 1 previous player account. So I get paid to the 2 new player accounts and than I have to do player transfers to my 1 old account and then withdrawl.

UB/Chipleader support is a joke and no help.
