Unfortunately i really have to sell this site which is going to be more than successful and is going to be 20 times more worth than the BIN price i will set up here... life suxx and there are times when u have to give up things you love and things you were working for big time... i am still shocked with what is going on but this is the case and i have no other chance...

starting bid is $200... BIN is $2000... the page will be translated into English within the next 20 hours... thank you...

Any prospective buyers should also be aware that Sizz sold $240 worth of advertising (12 months top banner) on shark-attack.org a couple hours before listing it here for sale. I don't quite understand that rationale to be honest Sizz......sounds fishy to me.

Nonetheless Sizz was paid $240 via FullTilt transfer by ScrawnyBob this afternoon just hours before listing the site. I think anyone with ethical standards here buying this site should take this into account and honor the advertising agreement as well as build this consideration into your offer price.

I probably wouldn't recommend selling advertising hours before listing a site for sale in the future either.

I think most of the community would agree with me here Sizz that you should just refund the $240 and not have to pass this on to the potential buyer. What were you thinking and are you even planning on putting the advertisement up yourself, since it is still not there.

i just came home from work 10 hours... this post was created when i was totally drunk and for a personal reason i really thought i MUST sell it... now i ve found another possibility to solve my problem so that i will not sell my baby.
this is also why this thing with the banner happened... 1 hour before posting the sale topic i didnt even know i would post this. totally drunk then i just forgot to mention the fact with the banner.
i will upload his banner in an hour or two and he will have the top spot for one year.
now regarding fishy... i dont know, is it not enough $240? i am new as i ve told a few a times and i do not really know the prices you get for different things... never the less i dont mind and i am a serious person. sorry for shocking you bob... i didnt want this...

guys really i am talking to you all now... this has just happened as something unexpected happened while i ve really been more than drunk... and in that moment everything seemed not possible in another way... now of course with a cool mind everything is different...
i am not such a sucker and i am serious and i love this forum and all the help i get here... please excuse what happened... especially you bob... i promise i wont disappoint you... i love this business and i am working on it alot.
