I know I am not the only one who hasn't got paid and it is November 26th!!

Anybody else get this today

Thank you for your patience regarding the delay in receiving your October affiliate payment via NETeller. We realize that this has been a great inconvenience and we deeply regret that we have not been able to make payments on time.
It seems that the reason for the delay is that the wire transfer for affiliate payments has been cancelled by NETeller due to issues they are experiencing with processing transfers in U.S. funds.
Please know that this was unexpected and that the reason for the delay was only communicated to us yesterday. As a result, we have ceased using NETeller as a payment option indefinitely until this situation can be resolved.
In order to expedite your payment, we have arranged to have affiliate payments issued directly to your UltimateBet player account. If you prefer, you may change your payment preference to check instead and receive all future payments by check in USD.
Please reply ASAP with your player account username and email address (or mailing address for check) so that we can send your payment at the earliest.
In case you are interested, we've included the email from NETeller Merchant Business Development below.

1. Are these problems associated with ultimate bet or Income Access?
2. When should affiliates with Income Access expect their November commissions, and how will they be paid?
3. Are any other payment options being considered for affiliates? - citadel - moneybookers - click2pay
4. If we choose to transfer affiliate payments to a poker account, will affiliates have to send in identifying information (drivers license, social security card, etc...) to cashout?

Hi geoffvro,

First off, thanks very much for your patience! We are really trying to get these done ASAP.

As for your questions:
1. These issues actually have to do with changes in NETeller's policy regarding wiring of funds in USD. As such, we have decided to go with payments via check or Player Account.

2. If you haven't already, you should receive the October commissions (via player account) within the next day or so. The November commissions will be sent out at the beginning of next week.

3. Currently, we are only offering payment options via Check or Player Account. If we do decide to explore more avenues, our affiliates will be the first to know!

4. As for identification, I am checking into this for you right now, and will post an answer as soon as I confirm!

As promised, I have some details on withdrawals from UB Player Accounts for affiliates.

-UB does not limit the cash out, however some processors may do so. For example, Citadel caps at $10K per day.

-Most withdrawals won't require ID. Some cases in which ID will be asked for include:
1. If the withdrawal looks suspicious.
2. If a couple uses the same NETeller account to withdraw/deposit.
