What is the time frame for a pending withdrawl; last time it took like 3 hours.

it took me roughly 3 days over the w/end......a few weeks ago I was also getting paid out almost instantly

How much and what method did you use to withdrawal??

Did you contact customer support? What about Jose?

can anyone actually get a hold of support or jose?

I've spoken with him once through pm, and still waiting for a response. All emails I send still get returned with an error message.

I think it was something small like $560 and it was through neteller. I will send another email to support.

I got an email from a player that is having similar problems. Emails have been sent to support and no response with a pending withdrawl. Can we get an update on what is going on?

Hi All,

Withdrawals are usually processed within 24hrs, unless the player was associated with a promotion in which case our security dept does a check just to make sure everything is in order.

Brandon, yours was a special case. I checked with support and another player made a complaint about you. The delay was security clearing it up. Of course there was nothing in the complaint in the end.

So, payouts are very fast unless there is a reason for them not to be. Sometimes random checks are needed.
