Hey Team,

I am brainstorming on what the best way to distrubute the password is every weekend. Right now it is just on an autoresponder and people get it by sending an email. I am wondering however if we should make players register in the forums at Paradise Ipods.

This way I can just send one simple email every week on Sunday. Likewise if we get a solid base of players in that forum we can put together a newsletter that we would be able to send out from ParadiseIpods highlighting some of the other promotions we do We want 100% ownage of their poker lives.....just kidding.

Let me know your thoughts on this.

I am also looking at getting a banner rotating at the top where each one of you involved will get to place a banner into the rotation for one of your other sites or promotions.

I think we'll be over 100 players this week. Bottom line, we are fu#*&@$ awesome.

Your idea sounds good to me!Sundays tourny had more players then members on paradiseipods.most of them probably got the password by visiting the site and the password stared them in the face so they just regertered for the tourny and didnt want to be a member of paradiseipods.

Hey Lucky,

I have gotten the same email from a few other "new" partyriches members who probably just registrered to get the password for our PartyRiches private tourney. I'm not saying you did that, I'm just not sure if your really an affiliate yet

Anyways it doesn't matter, but as promoters we want as many people in that tournament as possible regardless if they are signed up at ParadiseIpods. It greatly lessens our exposure. If someone wins two weeks in a row and they are not signed up under any of our trackers........too bad, they should have followed the rules.

I'll take all the extra non-registered players all day long however if it means there's less chance that I have to pay out a $2500 jackpot or split it with one of our other team members.

One thing that wasn't made clear to me yet is: Do new players who sign up at Paradise using our unique bonus code get the weekly FREEROLL password?

Just curious, because it would make sense that Party Riches members only have this incentive tracker as a sub affiliate under Jeremy.

One thing that sucks about Party Poker is that sometimes they are a little too secure (remember hearing how one affiliate had his account closed down for a little SPAM?). Specifically, they will not give you player screen names or even an email?

If we were provided with information, we can email players on a weekly basis with Freeroll reminders, upcoming incentives, Party newsletters and so forth. This would be indispensable given the WSOP is upcoming.

Now the question is: Does Paradise restrict giving out player info to their affiliates as well?

The basic answer to this is no, it is restricted... This is a privacy issue and I cannot imagine any site giving out that information without the express approval of the Player in advance.

We have this covered though - once someone registers you can send me their details, and I can provide you with the ID #, which will allow you to confirm whether they are tracked to you or not. Its more time consuming than me forwarding a list, but it also protects the privacy of the site in question.

There should be an express approval online app. so that the player can consent, if that be his/her desire

Although I would love to have all my players info, If I were the management of an online poker room I wouldn't give it out either. Imagine all of the spam and soliciting that you would get if every poker site you were a member of, there was an affiliate either trying to get you to play more or even bring you over to another program.

Regarding being able to contact our players this can be accomplished if we make it so that the players must be members in the forums as the password would be emailed every week via the forums. Just a thought.

What's the password for this week? We're putting together an email to send out to some of our members.

Password distribution isn't the easiest thing to figure out... we have a private section in a forum that is only viewable to people who we previously allow, but i don't think that would work for this situation...
