Default Sportsbook tracker issue with Vista OS

In the process of ensuring that the Sportsbook trackers were functional, we came across a problem with the Windows Vista OS.

It seems that the Vista OS is preventing its users from landing on the Sportsbook page (using the trackers).

We have highlighted this issue with Sportsbook and their technical team is looking for a prioritized resolution to this.

We will update you as soon as we receive a resolution from Sportsbook.

Good to know someone sourced the problem .

I am on Vista and the links do not work for me as well.
In the status bar it says: "Waiting for affiliate.outguard.net..."

When I asked a friend to check it worked for him so thought it was something with my PC, which I guess it was lol.

Yea hopefully the new Vista does not have the same affiliate tracking issues as firefox had when it first came out.

We'll keep you posted as to what sportsbook.com does for resolution to this.

Yea we are waiting anxiously as well. Unfortunately this is something that needs to be corrected at sportsbook.com.

In the interim it may not be a bad idea to change those trackers to another site.

My 2 players got tracked, but I am worried about future players to sportsbook.

I will not be sending in huge amounts anyways but I would like for the small amounts I do send to be tracked correctly.

Hey guys,

Just checked a few Sportsbook trackers and and it seems that Sportsbook has resolved the landing pages for Vista. If you are still experiencing errors, drop an email to affiliates @ www.pokeraffiliateworld.com.

Armenianpokerclub, we obviously would like to see accurate tracking of players and can understand your concern. We will continuously look to work with the Rooms to resolve any situations that occur, and keep our affiliates updated.

Thanks

Thanx for the update Mitchell. I am working hard on finding a way to send my players to sportsbook and it would make it much easier if there was a bonus code input option.

Also what I like about sportsbook is that the players can open an account directly at the internet page instead of having to download a poker software first and then make an account. This is going to be good for me because alot of my players are big gamblers but are not very internet savvy.

I still do not like how the tracking system is a few days behind, but I think that is a more than willingfull sacrifise for the extra 50$ bump in CPA per player.

Keep the updates coming and I would like to be especially informed about sportsbook because this is the only site that offers my players both poker and sportsbook on same site and I think it will convert very well. I will be pushing hard for them and hopefully they stay in US market for a long time.
