I was always wondering why the Google pagerank tool doesn't show the pages that link to my sites. It seems Google does not necessarily display all links.
Found a nice tool that checks all your links, and its for free.

yes I checked my son's website which is a real busy computer gaming site and forum. Its a PR4, with some 5000 natural backlinks and the tool says its worth 1.5 million dollars lol.
This value is represents the approximate value of the website entered. Of course, this value does NOT include the worth of the company behind the website but rather is an estimated value of the website itself.

Don't worry Graham I'll send ya $500 for it. For these things the only one I will check the odd time is dnscoop.com the accuracy of it - who knows, but it doesnt seem to be overinflated as far as the value of a domain. OBv things like keyword rich name and if the domain is live etc
