Link Monitor Tool

I am looking for a online tool to monitor existing link exchanges. I know all of the directory building programs offer this, but I am looking for just a tool that allows me to monitor reciprical links by entering in the url on the other site where my link is, and the anchor text used in the exchange and the program will automatically check if the link is present.

Anyone know where I can find this or a similiar tool?
