We are constantly going in and retrieving the data on a daily basis, however we do delay updating the info on the backend for (2) days.
Keep in mind however there are rooms like Fulltilt that will occasionally go 5-6 days without updating their backends. When this happens we obviously experience the delay on our end as well.
If you have an immediate need to know your exact stats (as recorded at the respective room) just send an email.
