We're currently reloading the stars account as it's been quite popular again this month. This should save on having to change it to an alternative payment method.

I can't emphasize enough how much this situation frustrates us as well. Rest assured that Jeremy and I are doing everything we can to speed the process up.

Hi Guys,

Here's the official update for the payments.

We should be able to complete most of the Pokerstars payments by the end of today, but those with amounts more than $500 will need to either use an alternate means such as Full Tilt or Party Poker transfer, or if you choose, can wait for about a week for the payment to be completed via Stars.

I have been assured that this payment situation will be resolved. Future payments will be processed by a dedicated payment processor that will ensure that the delays will not occur again.

What exactly do you mean by "dedicated payment processor"? So what is the best way to ensure we are paid in a timely manner next month?

You guys who got yours are lucky. It's Nov 1st and here's the email I received About my September earnings:

Dear Affiliate,

The Pokerstars withdrawal has been extremely popular this month, and
all the balance has been withdrawn for this month.

As there is insufficient funds to transfer this through at this point
of time, we would suggest requesting for a Full Tilt or Party Poker
transfer, or we will be able to transfer through to your Pokerstars account
in a week or so.

Please reply with your preference. Apologies for the inconvenience
caused,

I guess in the future I will not be using Stars transfer,
because they run out of money. Looking forward to this new
"dedicated payment processor" for future payments.
