I hate to do this but do to personnal reasons I am putting my 1st site up for sale.
www.fifthalarmpoker.com
It has a pr rank of 3 and so do most of the internal pages.
I know this is a nitch site but trust me it has loads of potential.
I currently have 175 plus league members with e-mail addresses.
I average 250 unigue vistors a month and this is with no advertising.
PM me if you are interested.
Please serious enquires only.

Seems to be lots of sites for sale lately....anything weird going on?

Well it seems like there are hundreds of new poker sites everyday. Tough competition for the new ones I bet.

People are moving up and onto bigger things and a newer affiliate gets a great deal buying an established site.

It is very sad that so many sites are being sold...must be too much work to update and maintain.

In any business there is always a lot of buying and selling going on. I just sold some domains today in fact. It's great we have a forum like this to interact with our peers and commence business deals. It keeps the "poker affiliate economy" healthy, IMHO

[mhossa]

could you show me your traffic logs, rate of people signing up, and your price

Sorry I have changed my mind.
IM KEEPING IT!
