If you read the first few posts, the answer is there, for free, no $5 just .. I believe it was to do with linking to a youtube video, sending them lotsa traffic, and then they give u a link, you get lotsa traffic (no follow link)

Yes, youtube. They don't "give" you a link. They just link back to the sites that give a particular video the most traffic.
