Problems with QucikCash Players

I have refered 2 quickcashplayers this month, and my stats showed up, that those two were playing about 5 or 6 days. But since then I only have 0.00 accrued money. The bonus I offer is the usual 750 raked hands for extra 25$.

Can it be, that those players have cashed out the money?
Can I add an cashout-restriction?

I ask you guys here, as Nancy from partypartners doesnt answer my question since 3 days.

They might have lost the money before reaching 5 Partypoints therefore you won't get credit for them.
