Please explain what you know about Gibraltar law. You really don't have any idea what you are talking about. And again, read the terms and conditions, it is within their authority to decide issues like this. You agreed to that.

Now you should stop talking this legal foolishness and work with them to address the issue. Regardless of whether you encouraged players, its probably 99% certain that the players were fraud/duplicate players. In all the posts you made have you even contested that?

If these players were previous Party Poker players, you do agree that you were not entitled to any payment, right?

While that may be true, to retro actively deduct funds from affiliates for previous months is a joke. If Party makes the mistake months ago, why should we have to pay for it later?

Because you don't deserve the money obviously.

On what planet would a bank that credits you with an extra $1000 let you keep it when they discovered the error?

C'mon, this part is straightforward. If they discover a mistake, or fraud, they should correct it whenever they find it.

Party is taking these players away from affiliates, fine. Are they giving these players back to their original affiliates?
