Our first attempt using YouTube to drive traffic

[J S]

Yesterday afternoon we put up our first video on youtube to see if we could drive some traffic to our online poker dealing school.

Here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_mo1jCOEdo

Anyone had a lot of success using youtube videos to drive traffic? I think it turned out pretty good. Hopefully we'll see some traffic from it.

What sort of video editing software did you use?

Let us know how it works, great idea!!

[Holyman]

That is a great idea.. For sure, let us know if you have a traffic spike..

Yeah, it seems like a good video that people may search for. Nicely done.

thanks for the feedback everyone. The video editing software was a package my business partner picked up at Best Buy... I believe it is called "Las Vegas Studio " for around $100 or so. Much better than the free version offered by microsoft.

As of right now, it hasn't driven much traffic to the site but we did get 3 sales yesterday which ties our biggest day so far.
