32Vegas Question

Hi all...I just want to know what this means in the 32Vegas deal:
"Players may only register and play at one PAW casino on the network. Any player found to be opening up multiple casino accounts will be deemed as fraud and the affiliate will not be paid."

Does it mean that each player can open only one account at 32Vegas (obvious)? Or that each player can join only one of the casino of the Casino that I promote (strange)?

That means that you wont get paid multiple times for a player that first signs up at 32Vegas and then moves on to Amber Coast Casino for example..

It sounds strange to me, too. This will force affiliate to advertise only 1 oe 2 casino...

Is it the same for poker?
