Hi Bluffed, a $500 Handle just means that the total amount wagered must equal $500 from your player before the CPA will be credited. For example (20) $25 blackjack bets would equal a $500 handle. For casino players, this is pretty easy to obtain.
All of the casinos are on the Cpays Network with the exception of SierraStar which is on RedHotRevenue. This is not a rule from Cpays, instead from PAW. If you can send legitimate players to all the casinos you are more than welcome to promote them all.
We put this term in there to avoid seeing one affiliate with exactly 3 signups at every casino, and all the signups consisting of the same 3 people. For most of the members in these forums, I don't worry as much.
But we have hundreds of affiliates that don't post in these forums that will attempt this. Luckily with the new casinos, we also have a better fraud system in place as well to determine if this is taking place.
