301 is a method of redirecting webpages. It is the most SEO-friendliest way to do it.
How its done:
*Create a htaccess file (a file that gives robots information about security and redirects).
*put in your redirect informaion. It should look something like redirect 301 /file.html http://www.domain.com/file.html
where "/file.html" is the location of the file being moved and http://www.domain.com/file.html is where you want it moved to.
*Upload everything..
Done!
