Default Forum Review

Hello all,

Ive been a lurker for quite some time but never really searched the whole forumsin depth but figured if i want to take my site to the next level, i need some of the veterans from this place' advice!

The site im running right now is http://www.fuzionpoker.com/Forum

It started off great because i was really into getting the site off the ground, but over the last few months ive left it out to dry and thats exactly what its done, i lost nearly all inspiration to carry the site on because id just started university and well, i had other things to think about

Well now university is over for the year i have got a thirst to get the site back up and running and to try make it a lot more successful than before.

The main site itself fuzionpoker.com is all under construction really, so the main thing at the moment is the forum which is what im looking for feedback on.

The sites im promoting right now have been on there for a while (before the US ban) and i figure i really need to change them because im cutting my target audience heavily if i dont promote some US sites!! so all thats in the pipeline.

I was hoping i could get a US site to work closer with me, i.e. i only advertise their site and in return they give me better affiliate bonuses than everyone else etc but again this all needs to be thought about properly and really id like to go to a site and say that when my site is live and active which it isnt right now.

Any advice would be great on ANYTHING really.

Thanks
Jordan

Your forum is looking good. As far as better payouts -- the more sign ups you generate-- the higher the % in increments seems to be the norm with most rooms today. Ex: 1-25 per month = $75 for each. But 250 per month could be =$300ea for cpa. Even if you do Rake%. You have to out perform your own competitors in the market with sign up's to get paid better. You won't get more just because you want more..... You have to generate. In short, you have to work hard and not hang out to dry again.

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Ive just taken out a few of the banner forums i had as they were kind of dead affiliates, will be adding more over the next few days.

Just been reading about web design and it seems alance is a pretty well respected member of the site here! so having his graphics feedback is great to hear!!
