I believe you can also stay at site in swedish but get some foreign hosting and quote at your T&C that site is intended for Swedes living in countries where online gambling is fully legal.

A lot of polish affiliates do this.

Yes you could always move to a .com, .net or .org or something like that on a hosting company outside sweden.

It does not make it legal for you as a swede to promote towards swedish people, but the long arm of the government will have a big trouble reaching you.

A lot of the swedish big sites such as aftonbladet.se and expressen.se promotes an amazing amount of betting-, poker- and casinosites. I would guess that for the moment that if they shoudl try to pick on someone or something it should be these places.

But this hole thing is so crazy. Everybody knows that sweden has been very succesfull in developing software for poker and casino and has a decent amount of companies in this huge industry. And pretty much every single one are forced to move to Malta to do business. It is just stupied and does not do anything for people. Try to regulate instead of saying no.

The lottery inspection sued Otto Sjöberg who is the publisher of Expressen and they went to court. He just paid the fines and kept on going.
