hmmmm... thats interesting, because i have their consent to use those. Also, i'd like to note that my terms of use page comes from straightflop.com, but i have consent to use that as well. In fact, if you'd like a copy of everything on my site that comes from other sites and whether or not i have consent to use it PM me and i'll shoot that right over.

I believe Knuder was trying to say that pokerlistings informed him that they do not own the images since all screen shots are pretty much just snap shots of the poker room's software. So, with permission from the poker room he can use any screen shot he wants from that poker room. I could be wrong but theres my 2 cents.
