I saw the cached version which basically says to look up someone with a common last name from canada and use their info in your signup. Then ip spoof your location as from canada.

Dont undestand how that would work out though unless you always lose at poker. If you win you could never get your money. They say use epassporte or neteller, but you couldnt get it to a bank account, so what good is it?
