Anybody using B4Playing?

From the website it sounds like a tool created by an affiliate to get sign-ups. Am I right?

hey guys, Itay from B4Playing. B4Playing is a simple yet smart tool for both casino and poker room players. basically we save them the need to search for the information (in poker case) such as tournaments, bonuses, news, events etc.

We have created an affiliate program which is not suitable to all affiliates. So who does it fit:

1) Affiliates who work on CPA and want to be able to get a Multiple CPA commission which is a CPA x Number of new poker rooms the user is playing (poker player is playing 4-5 rooms a year so you can make CPAx4-5 a year!!!)

2) affiliates with non-US traffic

as for all the ones in CAP who think that we are a black dark fource...mmm....so be it (we cant proove we dont have a sister....)

Yes this is exactly what it is and they incorporated an affiliate program into it. They want you to promote their widget, and in return they will give you a % of the CPA.

Personally I think the PAW network is a better solution.

I am not getting into which solution is best. really - this is not our intention. basically, we get cpa we pay cpa. BUT we allow the affiliates to focus on getting the users (which is easier to convert than to a casino - we are a free cool tool) and we do the rest making more and more revenues to the affilite.

GregK, we enable big affiliates to brand the tool by having their sponosr logo on it with a link to their website.

just so you know, we worked over a year to bring B4Playing tool to what it is. It takes time to develop, get properties on it...

Well I looked over their site and came to the following conclusions... Their commission structure is VERY low. I could see it maybe being good for a new affiliate, but even then, the deals seem lower than those offered by most of the rooms. This whole repeat CPA seems to only work if the user downloads their software, then uses it to find other sites instead of a regular search engine. Why would a user want to install this piece of software on their computer? I know personally that I try and install as little stuff as possible. I think basically what this thing does is causes you to get a low CPA if your player isn't annoyed that you want them to now download 2 pieces of software instead of one. If I were the player, I'd just click the back button if I landed on an affiliate site with this thing.

Graham, you have raised good points. Our initial risk was, will players download it and use it? I guess we passed this already as we have almost 10,000 players downloading and using the tool and we do see conversions to players. Why did they download it? I can give you a list of reasons:

* Over $50,000 in Bonuses

* Over 50,000 Poker Tournaments
* Latest Promotions
* Exclusive Bonuses
* Unique Bonus Optimizer
* Unique Tournaments Manager (which they can actually manage, schedule reminders etc')
* Latest Slots Tournaments
* Exclusive B4Playing Community

and much more... easy for them, no need for searching, no need to be exposed to popups, emails etc'.

as for the commission, well, we are no different then any other property. If you can bring players, you can enhance your commission (we have affiliates that gets much more than what is on the site) - I hope it makes sense...

Anyway our idea was very simple. Let affiliates worry on bringing the players to make them their own (branded) 'users' and let us worry on dealing with tens of properties, collecting information etc'.

We have already 350 affilates in our affiliate program and many of them send high volume of players, which brings them results.

Its a free world, anyone can decide what they want

we did have in september a promotion of $2.00 per user in addition to the affiliate commission, it worked great, we had affiliates starting to work with us and see results very fast
