Wow, there is a whole lot of denial going on in this thread. Yes, someone perfectly faked 93 hands and put it all in a very strangely formatted excel document along with the hand histories for a dozen other tables. All without any errors (including the "error" pointed out in the first post of this thread, which is not actually an error, as DealerDan pointed out).

Oh, and by the way, how do you explain the previous, undisputably authentic hand histories from the final table that already showed Potripper to only fold when people had AA/KK behind him and never put a single penny in when behind postflop?

But sure, it's all a hoax! If that makes you feel better, believe whatever you like.

No way they AP did this on themselves and I highly doubt that the players who posted the information they did on 2+2/P5's would do that as a hoax... If they did they got me.

It'll be interesting to watch this develop and I await the results of the audit.

Who says there is no such thing as bad press?

Im guessing "Get to the homepage of Digg with title 'Absolute Poker Cheating Scandal Blown Wide Open'" wasn't on the to do list.

Ok but its fair to say that either way you slice it, the anties are part of the pot, so lets look at the starting balance for Potroast only in the first hand. He had $14,248 and doubled up through Potripper which should give him $28,496 plus any anties in the pot. If there are 8 players @$25 ante, shouldn't the total taken down be $28,696, which would be the $14,248X2 plus the anties. Why is it $50 shy and he only took down $28,646? There are 8 players right? I am so confused now I don't really know, I could see it being $25 off since there is question as to when the ante comes out, and maybe the $14,248 he started with is before the ante, but not $50. That makes no sense at all.

If someone can explain why he only ends up with $28,646 starting the next hand I would like to see how.

Ok, I was wrong. It looks like the numbers do jive. There was one scenario I didn't run and of course this was the one that shows the numbers are correct. I appoligize for creating such a stir, I was just trying to get to the truth like everyone else and I really thought I was right and doing a good thing making this post. I guess I won't be getting involved in anymore threads that deal with math anymore lmao.

Also, to add to this, AP never denied the information that has been put out there and therefore never really denied that this excel file exists. I am surprised their statement didn't have anything in it about all those player's whose information was compromised (though I don't think there was too much personal info).
