I used to use Income Access.. no Email, no nothing, no payments. Everyone has been paid?

I can log into AP no problem.

I too have got a new UB player account - which I don't think I would have figured out without reading this, so thanks everyone.

Added:
Ahh, got the validation email from UB for the new accoount, but the code is blank. Anyone any ideas?

My validation code is blank too. I requested 3 of them.
I emailed support about 7 hours ago. Still waiting for a response.

Just received email from Danielle at Chipleader and supposedly the NEW ACCOUNTS are being closed and the $ are being transferred to our original accounts. Should all happen today. GL everyone.

I logged in to our original account and zero payment also. So I tried our affiliate info as a few of you have stated and there was this months payment. Ok, ya the money was in a new account but with no validation email. I hope that they transfer everything to the right original account as corpfan posted from the received email.

I have been so confused ever since chipleader took over Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet affiliate system. Seems like they should get things right and try to keep it that way. It’s just hard to follow.

But I am just glad they are fixing it so quickly. We will just have to wait and see.

It would help if they would just respond on their own site to general issues. AP is apparently posting 24/7 at 2+2 under assumed names. E-mailing for most is a waste of time. They just deny all knowledge.

I consider 3 months of non tracking as a pretty urgent issue. I consider a reasonable response to the hole cards issue as a very important to retain players. Promises seem to be very cheap at chipleader. Problems arose before any change in software. Very little gets done to ease our worries. If anything its becoming a joke. Peoples biggest grievance on this forum is not getting paid for the work they have put in. This is no different

Jesus....can't they get anything right??
