Randy and PPP know their stuff. Just count it as a lesson learned man and move on..

Good luck!

I generally agree with PPP responses in threads like this. This is not one of the exceptions either.

even party dont ban for this - im talking from experience. I dont touch the ongame network anymore after all their own mistakes.... they should give their members/affiliates some slack.. they cant understand when people get mad when they make mistakes like misleading tournaments, taking money back from people because the tournament ápparently was not a guaranteed.

Or tournaments with less prizemoney than people paid to enter, or what about the chinese sweatshop/bot players... the automatic all in bug they denied for some time, the list goes on.. they should know that a player or affiliate derserves another chance for a small mistake like this...

Going to be nice when the US grey areas get resolved, things are looking upbeat lately.
Rooms like that are so history....

I understand why they did this, but under the circumstances you're describing it seems to me they could go a little easier on you. Of course, if it were okay for affiliates to sign up under their own trackers, every player would become an affiliate - so you can't blame them there. With that said, it does seem as though they're being a bit harsh since you only played for a few bucks.

Have you done this with any of their other rooms on that network?

Piss on em Joker. They are acting completely unreasonable here and I would send my players elsewhere too. This is garbage and I bet they would be singing a different tune if it were a bigger affiliate that made this mistake. What a bunch of clowns.

Seems like getting a speeding ticket for 2 miles over to me?

I totally understand why the rule is in place, I think a little discretion is in order with regard to intent/motive though.

Sorry officer, I didn't see the sign!
