Default Partypartners "recovery" payments

Partypartners took roughly 1700 from my affiliate payment several months ago. It says in my history that the money was sent to "recovery". At the time, I emailed them regarding this and never got a response back from them or my affiliate manager. However, I do know the issue with multi accounts and I assumed that it was regarding that. Since then, I have not received one payment from partypartners. June, July, and Aug payments have not been put in my cashier. They won't respond to my emails and my account manager won't either. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had that with an old, inactive cashier account. Just searched my inbox this was what they said:

Thank you for your mail.
As a part of our security procedures and in line with our Affiliate Agreement, accounts which are inactive for 183 days or longer are automatically placed on hold by the system and any funds in those account are moved temporarily to a holding account. The email you received was to inform you that this has happened.

If you wish to continue acting as an Affiliate and retaining the PartyPartners / Cashier account in question, then please let us know by replying to this mail. We will then reactivate your account and restore any funds that were subsequently transferred into the above-mentioned holding account.

Of course god bless Party, I don't think I ever got it resolved.

I also have problems with Party Partners.
This is the situation: I have got the money to my cashier, pretty much money it is. But they say that my account is under investigatio, so i can't withdraw the money. The support says that they are looking for fraud players etc. And that it can take up to 180 days until i get my money.

Is there anyone more out there with the same problem? Or is it just me they are investigating? Should i be afraid that won't get my money? And anyone who knows how they are doiing their investigations of fraud players?

Thank you!
