Hi, I have an urgent question concerning poker affiliation at all. Is it legal or maybe partially illegal to be a affiliate partner for a gambling site? Im from Germany and i would really like to know that, maybe one should use a server from anywhere else?

It's not illegal to advertise. It would however be illegal to own a poker room if you didn't get the legal stuff cleared from a 3rd world country.

I mean my attorney told me today its probably illegal, but if you know that goldenpalace.com advertises around the globe at different live events and when you turn on the sports channel you see a lot of advertisement right?

You really need to make your own judgement based on what your lawyer says. The laws are different in different countries, so probably no one here could give you a definitive answer.

If you've already gotten advice from your attorney, why would you come here for advice from a bunch of people you don't know? Especially considering that most of us are not going to be familiar with the laws in Germany.

Definitely get an attorney's advice on something like this, and be leery of any advice you get on a message board. I'd imagine that most of the people here are not familiar with German law.
