UB Stats - Anyone else have no data for today?

Anyone else have no stats at Chipleader or Income Access for the last 24 hours - for UB? July 24th-25th.

Just wondering if it is system-wide or just my account?

Nevermind...they are working hard to figure out things, so things might be delayed...

Danielle has been so awesome and working to figure things out! Poor girl...swamped with these issues right now!

No stats for me at ap and ub .
Have you talked to Danielle , ive been pming and emailing her for a week for the problem between income access and chipleader stats and she never got back to me

my AP stats went down today about 45% from yesterday ??!!??!!??

Just a little update...

Income Access now does not show any more UB stats.

they making sure no proof of them stiffing us !

I really beleive over last few month they have been skimming us.

They are the only mgr room that i promote who hasnt had an increase in Rev's over the last 3-4 months as rev's has been pretty flat even though im sending lots of players.

All the other mgr rooms have at least doubled within the last 4 months which ive sent simular amount of players too.

I feel sorry for Danielle as shes a nice person and i see alot of problems ahead with UB and AP

Regarding the AP stats that were loaded 2 days ago, I did some tests and it seems that they loaded the same data twice. Literally.

I ran an Accounts Report for July 4th and one other random day in July. I ran this same report on the "correct" data (currently loaded) and the "bad" data (loaded on the 24th). The bad data was precisely double the current data on both poker revenue & poker hands (sorry, I didn't check blackjack).

That leads to me believe that the incident the other day when revenues doubled was just a data load mistake.

None of this speaks to the differences we're seeing reported for UB between IncomeAccess & Chipleader though. I'm looking forward to their explanation of that issue.

My April stats matched up perfectly between the two sites, May stats were just a bit off (< 10%), June stats ~50% off, and July stats (through the 22nd) were ~35% off.

mine wasnt double exactly, it was just around a 35% (mistake above when i said 45%) decrease across all my players - so i cant see how it was the whole months data loaded twice.

I enter my daily stats everyday into a spreadsheet for every single site i promote - so its easy for me to see changes and trends and alot easier for me to spot when things arnt right etc....

A few times ive spotted tracking go down for a couple of days here and there for programs.

It happened at AP about 5 months ago, went down for 8 days lol, they paid me an approx figure as they couldnt get the real data. But i bet the ppl who check monthly will never know or get compensated for stuff like that.

This is true and one reason I check all my main stats daily and double check revenue payouts at the end of the month. This year alone I bet I've caught $30K in errors.
