Since everything has calmed down at bit, I've decided to get back into the game.
I'm looking to buy a site with little or no stuff on it.. I have tons of article ideas and I'm ready to start something new.. Does anyone have an unfinished or almost blank site I can buy? Perhaps one with a domain already? If not, no biggie..

Just to be clear, I want a site that has the basic format set up, but I do want to be able to edit it easily and brand it as my own. I'm not looking to spend a ton of money of this, the offers I've had so far are for mostly unfinished site, which, is what I'm looking for.
My web site design knowledge is limited and I've only used site builder in the past, but I have some basic HTML skills.
The ideal site for me is one that is set up, I can easily edit the text, pics, content, etc. I'll also allow perma links back to the original seller if I can get a good price.
